Sollte es zum erstenmal Proteste bei Bilderberg geben?
Bilderberg ist selten in der Ortspresse. Aber es gibt noch mehr, es gibt Hoffnung das sich noch eine Gruppe Protester zusammenfindet.

1. Welcome to Ottawa - don't forget to take home a souvenir - Could
2006 see the first protest outside the meeting of the global Kingmakers?

English - ed.]
Although the discovery of the actual place and venue of Bilderberg’s
annual meeting happened only two weeks ago some Canadian papers have
already spoken about this carefully hidden event. 'Bilderberg Fever' is
sweeping Ottawa and the talking point amongst friends sometimes in
hushed, worried, tones.
This is already a small victory because for many years there is
absolutely no publication before the meeting. The last time where this
occurred was in Sweden, for the meeting arranged in Stenungsund in the year
2001. Swedish are fierce and proud peoples, they don’t like a secret,
some say occult, power to meet on their soil without their knowledge.
Without their democratic assent.
They hardly reacted and obliged their press to speak and the main
Swedish Bilderberg representative Mr. Wallenberg was forced to give an
interview before the conference. Jim Tucker, veteran of the Bilderberg hunt
was submerged with interviews that year. Because Swedish people are
respecting themselves, they were respected by their Bilderberg ‘Masters’
for a week. Let's hope the Swedish people remember what they heard.
This is normal when living in a democracy. You will tell me: well, are
Bilderbergers or this year's ex-SAS man Alan Bell's security firm in
any way democrats? Your question is mine and I do believe that your
answer will be mine as well. Elite power is in no way democratic.
Bilderberg's event has more consequences than a relaxed annual soiree
of the intellgencia. Above the plutocratic apparatus of 'appointment of
friends to power', every year they see their broad aims achieved. Their
goal is continuous moves towards their vision of global government by
banks and giant corporations and is not simply about the pleasure of
meeting 'old friends'.
Through NATO and the Atlantic Ocean, between the world’s two richest
peoples, a consensus towards a world with the same economic and political
values is taking place with very little opposition. Those with power
who do oppose those values are invited to Bilderberg to see the error of
their ways as was former UK Labour party leader John Smith in 1991.
Canada has the chance to have a national press that Mr Harper doesn't
like. He is even refusing interviews from it, preferring the regional
press. Mr Harper was a guest of Bilderberg 2003 in Versailles, France
when he was just a Canadian party leader.
As was saying Mr Davignon to an English paper, nobody is guilty when
the choice of the Bilderberg secretariat is a good choice. Except when
the choice is in fact coming directly from the steering committee…
As far as I have read personally from French Canadian peoples internet
forums and some English ones, I believe that the honor to show some
resistance today in Ottawa will originate from joint work between the two
communities and I greet in advance the Canadian courage to protest as
so righteous and respectable as the Swedish one in the past.
If Bilderberg continue to stonewall the press this inevitably will
build up speculation, suspicion, resentment and accusations of
totalitarianism. Some good questions have to be asked by the press with the
adequate answers from key Bilderberg figures such as David Rockefeller and
Henry Kissinger. This never occurred in 53 years of meeting. Will this
occur this year?
